John Weigold has more than 20 years of experience working with senior leaders across a variety of public, private, and government organizations developing strategy and executing plans and operations.
Mr. Weigold has worked as a partner in the world's top human capital firms, helping organizations find top talent in the aerospace/defense, security, technology, industrial sectors worldwide.
Most recently, Mr. Weigold served as a Rear Admiral in the U.S. Navy as the Reserve Deputy Commander for the U.S. Pacific Fleet, headquartered at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, with responsibility for 200 ships/aircraft, and more than 140,000 sailors and civilians in the Indo-Pacific region.
Mr. Weigold is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Science. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval War College and the Joint Forces Staff College.
Mr. Weigold currently serves as an independent director on the corporate boards of Water Intelligence (AIM: WATR) and ListSoft, LLC, as well as the board for the Navy League of Western Connecticut.
